We strive to respond to all requests as quickly as possible (48-72 hours).

*Also, please use ONLY ONE method of contact, as contacting multiple channels for the same question may delay response time for you and other customers.


Be sure to provide as much information as possible, such as order number (included in confirmation emails), email address, photos, etc.
This will enable us to help you as quickly as possible.

Do you have a phone number?

We are currently setting up a telephone number that you can see at the bottom of our website.

This number is currently under maintenance as it was not designed to handle a large number of phone calls, as we don't have a call center.
 

Debrico was designed to be online, including our customer service.
Although you may receive an automated response from time to time, all channels are managed by human staff who want to help you, quickly and efficiently.

Does Debrico have a physical store where I can see and buy your products?

No, Debrico is an online store only.


We do not have a physical store.


All our transactions and product consultations take place directly on our website.
This enables us to offer a wide range of products and update them regularly.

We offer free delivery with tracking for all orders, valid worldwide, including Europe, North America, South America and Australia.

 

Shipping times: Fast shipping in 24/48h.

Delivery times: 7 to 14 working days.

Standard delivery: 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

Delays: If your order takes longer than 10 days, please contact us at info@debrico.co.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order here by entering your order number (e.g., #12345).

Where does my order ship from?

Orders are shipped from Asia to ensure the fastest possible worldwide delivery.

What should I do if my order  is lost or damaged?

Take a photo or video of the issue and send it to contact@debrico.co. Possible solutions include:

  • Free reshipment of the product.
  • Partial or full refund if the product is irrecoverable.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?

Exchanges & Returns: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange.

 

Not satisfied? Here's how to proceed:

  • Send your package to the address indicated.
  • Once received (in its original, unused packaging), we will refund your purchase.

Yes, a two-year warranty applies to all our lights.

Please note that codes are case-sensitive.


Only one code can be applied per purchase.


During the checkout process, look on the right-hand side that describes your order.


Find a box marked "discount code".


Enter your code in this box.

The total amount will be automatically updated to reflect the discount.

Where can I find my order number?

The order number is generated automatically as soon as you finalize your purchase. It is a unique identifier consisting of at least 4 digits.

 

Where can I find it?

 

Check the order confirmation email we sent you.
Don't forget to check your "Spam" or "Junk" mail folder too.

If you still can't find it, it's possible that an error was made when you entered your email address at the time of purchase.

 

In this case, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department. We're here to help you and provide all the necessary information about your order.

I have not received an order confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

First of all, check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder. Sometimes, automatic e-mails are sent directly to this folder.

 

If, after checking, you still haven't found the email and it's already been 15 to 20 minutes since you finalized your purchase, don't hesitate to contact us.

How long does it take to process my order?

The preparation of your order depends mainly on the availability of the items you have chosen, as well as the size and color you have selected.

 

Due to busy periods, product availability may vary during the preparation of your order.

 

As a general rule, most orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

 

Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend are processed from the following Monday and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

 

Please note that we do not process orders on public holidays.
